COERR Mae Sarieng and Mae Sot Organized Language Skills and Art Activities in Child Friendly Spaces

   Child-Friendly Spaces are open for children of all ages. They are equipped with sufficient supplies for use of the children. The goal is to proactively render appropriate humanitarian developmental services that will enable children beneficiaries to live their lives with dignity and encourage them to become productive and caring members of their community.

   This year, COERR continue to provide all Child Friendly Spaces in 9 temporary shelters with sufficient supplies that will enable children to have some ‘normalcy’ despite difficulties of living in temporary shelters, and develop life skills through playing in a safe and friendly environment for children with guidance of staff.

   In January, approximatley 4,300 childen joined the activities Child Friendly Spaces such as language learning of vocabulary spelling and drawing are highlights, among other creative activities for children.
